PK Smith helps us connect with Confidence
Simple topics to connect with people
FORM
F=Family friends (people love talking about their family and friends when asked)
O=Occupation (asking people about their work is a great opener)
R=Recreation (what do people love to do in their free time? Many times they are not doing enough of this and would love to if they knew there was a way)
M=Meaning, Money, Mission, Motivation - these are things that people would LOVE to be able to do if they could. If money and time were no option, what would they be doing more of?

If you are so lucky to have someone already interested in your products, a great script to follow from Chris H. is the following:
I'd love to help you. The easiest way is to jump on the phone so I can learn your goals, honour your budget & steer you in the exact right direction.

When we ask powerful questions, we get powerful answers. When we connect with others, it is more about finding out what they desire, more than what we want to share with them. By starting with this question, it helps the person you are speaking with to find the "real reason" why they might want our products.
When you get an answer, ask more questions...such as,
"assuming I could help you get that result, what would change for you? How would you feel when you got that result? What would be better about your life? How would your day look or feel different when you accomplish that health goal? What would you be able to do that you haven't been able to do now? etc.

- What to say? Ask great questions and when the opportunity presents itself, share your story once you've been given permission. People like to talk about themselves. Asking questions about their family, their occupation, their recreational interests and their meaning in life (mission) are all great things to get people talking. Often when people talk you will enjoy reminiscing, but you will also undercover clues about the person's life. Sometimes areas of challenge or difficulty present themselves. Sometimes hopes and dreams come up too. These are times when we can offer a possible gift or solution. For example if a person says, I am so tired all the time, life is so busy. We can say something like, I can't help but think about what you said earlier about being tired and so busy. Would you be open to me sharing something with you that helped me?
- If they are interested in learning more, focus on their wants (try not to talk too much, ask questions rather than giving them all the reasons why you love Isagenix. We often talk too much and scare people away. Some great questions to ask are: Can I ask you a few questions to see if I can help? If time and money were no object, what would you be doing everyday? What is a goal that you have but you've forgotten about or given up on? Is there a part of your life that you wish you could change or improve? Is there something about your health that you wish you could improve? How long have you wanted to improve that part of your health? How does it make you feel? How long have you felt that way? What have you tried before (if anything) to improve this? How would you feel if you could feel better about that area of your health? Are you looking for a quick fix or are you willing to do something long term for lasting results? How would you feel if you don't make a change and nothing improves? If I could help you (insert their goal), would you be willing to get started? If they say yes, move to step 7 (and possibly step 6) If they say no, ask them what is stopping them from getting started now?
- When people become interested in Isagenix, you can add them to your team page (where they can learn more about the benefits of these products). If you don't have your own, get in touch with the person who shared this website with you and they will tell you the facebook team group they use or you may want to create your own. The one we personally use is called Healthy Body Balanced Life
