..keeping the "real thing, the real thing" Back to the basics!
I commit to getting back to the basics myself - before the basics though, you have to MAKE A DECISION if this is something that you plan to do, if you are half in and half out...that is NOT a decision
1) touch your business daily - even if all that you have today is 15 minutes to do one productive activity.
2) continue talking with people, share why you love Isagenix - keep planting seeds click here for examples about how to connect
3) get questions and concerns addressed for your prospects, 3 way calls are a MUST to help you build this business...the best tool for duplicating that I've seen...and it is so EASY, you earn while you learn (I am available to help you with 3 way calls - I look forward to them actually) click here for info about 3 way calls
4) Get on 1 live call a week, 1 live event a month (this is non-negotiable) if you want success here...this helps you to stay plugged in, charged up and it keeps you connected! There are so many opportunities to get on calls any day of the week. Check with your business partner for specifics.
5) Follow up with your connections. The fortune is in the Follow up and as we all know it is one of the hardest things to do. Kathy Coover calls it the "FU" and we all know why! :) NEVER ever assume people will follow up with you...it is very rare. STOP feeling like you are bugging people. You can easily say to a person, "I never want to bug you, but I do want to know if you have any questions or concerns that I can help you with" It took Susan Sly's sponsor 21 follow ups before she said yes! I am sure that she is very glad that she didn't give up!

Stay Organized:
You may find IsaSales Tools app works well for you. If it doesn't and you wish to keep it even more simple, you can simply get a binder with tabs for names or dates and keep each person's info on a sheet along with notes every time you connect with them. There are other organizational tools such as Capsule or my personal favourite, AgileCRM.
6) ALWAYS send a welcome letter for your new members and cc a copy to 2 leaders and or add them to a team facebook group to officially welcome them to our supportive environment- this creates a sense of belonging and team support. click here for an example of the welcome letter
7) Follow through and connect with your new members to ensure they are getting results they deserve. Follow PK's 6 essential touches.
8) This leads us to the tools, Last but not least. We have incredible tools to use in order to allow people to get support they require (website, movies, facebook groups, tutorials, conference calls, events, 3 way calls and so on.) If we keep it simple we attract others who want a simple business too. When we feel frustrated, overwhelmed and tired, we do not attract anyone. No one wants another job...treat this like a business and you will see a huge shift! I promise!
Even though I don't add this to keeping it simple...please note that your mindset, your belief and your attitude are the largest assets here. If you are struggling with these areas, there are MANY amazing people willing to help you, tools that will help (starting with Lynn Hagedorn's downloadable mindset cd). You deserve success - it starts with you and what is going on in your own head!
