Million Dollar Business - Health Check

Picture
INCREDIBLE LIST to "check in"

Presented on a 2 hour webinar that Peta K did for her team that I stumbled upon, this list was created by Jenn Patch.  Jenn apparently asked top leaders what mistakes they made while building their business and these were the 21 statements of Millionaires in our business. Some of them overlap, but super valuable and I can identify areas I see improvement for myself. What about you?

#1 I am a product of the Product

#2 I am NOT a product expert

#3 I use the existing tools because they have been proven to duplicate.  I do not re-invent the wheel by making my
own.

#4 I show EVERYONE the complete Isagenix opportunity so I can determine who is a fit for my business.  It is not up to me to cut the Isagenix vision in half.

#5 I empower people to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for their Isagenix Experience.  (never take for granted if there are people added to our team who were not added by us, never expect that people are going to tell us about the events, podcasts, training etc...that is all a bonus if we do have a leader sharing those details with us. Never take advantage of others and don't rely on anyone to do it for us, or to tell us all that we need to learn.  EMPOWER MYSELF!

#6 I understand that everything I put on social media stays on social media forever.  I am representing a multimillion dollar team and a multibillion dollar company.  Everything we do is a reflection of our team, our business and our company.  Always be yourself...but always remember to be in alignment with what you're looking to attract.

#7 I am making myself progressively redundant through duplication.  Am I plugging my people in or am I the key to another's success?  What we give our Personally Enrolled members, we expect that they are duplicating that to their people.  We cannot do everything for everyone, we want to create duplication for everyone to move forward - even when we are not available.

#8 I am in consistent, persistent, focused action and earn as I learn.  I am always prospecting, enrolling and helping my members to get paid. (over and over again...the basics repeated)

#9 I take time to understand each person's why and goals so that I can best support them.  I help to light the fire inside them when I know what drives them.  I cheer them on as they decide to run...instead of trying to ask them to run.  I never make them do anything, they have the desire to take action.  Am I using inspiration or manipulation?  This is not a business of manipulation or convincing.

#10 I act in accordance with my beliefs and values.  Are you being real or fake?  Integrity or not?  Ask yourself, Who do I need to be to have what I want?  Am I doing this daily?  Focus on developing people while we continue to change and develop ourselves. Am I authentic, congruent and honest?

#11 I do what I say I am going to do when I say I am going to do it. This is integrity.  The most important conversation you have everyday is the conversation that you have with yourself.  Integrity also means are you showing up for you?

#12 I take 100% responsibility for my results and I avoid making comparisons.  "if only" Pity parties are sucking out your energy and keeping you from reaching your goals.  Don't waste anymore energy comparing with others -this only hurts YOU!

#13 I work with the willing and I don't drag people.  "you can't wake a person who is pretending to be asleep" Navajo Proverb

#14 I don't expect others to build my business for me.  (enrol left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right - NO MATTER WHAT)  Everything else is a bonus (if you have team building on your teams...but it is up to me to build BOTH TEAMS!

#15 I value my time and I respect other people time.  Chit chat doesn't produce! If you have time aside for production, don't allow others to distract you from producing.  Don't distract others from producing if you know this is their production time.  IF you've scheduled 15 minutes to do a call with someone, no small talk, get to the point and respect the time that person has for you. and vice-versa.  Social time is great too, but respect that not everyone is ready to be social when you are.  If it is your scheduled production time, don't allow distractions to get you unfocused.

#16 I give freely with no expectation of getting anything in return. (upline, downline & sideline) "giving should be your language" The Go-Giver  It isn't this for that, give and take. Example, in a  larger team group  such as MIT- welcome people even if they are not financially linked to you, celebrate successes even when they are not financially linked.

#17 I share information and value collaboration.  Don't keep things for your team.  Think in abundance, not scarcity.

#18 I understand everyone deserves to choose who they go into business with.  No one is my "property".  I understand that Isagenix is ONE BIG TEAM and I release any ego surrounding my smaller team.

#19 I accept responsibility for building both sides of my team.  ALL THE TIME.  L/R/L/R/L/R/L/R - even if I have a runaway leg/team.

#20 I behave out of gratitude and never entitlement.  I understand that team work makes the dream work.  I behave with integrity especially when nobody is watching.

#21 I have fun. EVERYDAY. I take my business seriously without taking myself too seriously.
