that you may appreciate too!
Having fun is important...especially when we are building a vision that includes more leisure, more quality time spent with family etc...
When I was writing my 100 goals for 2014, one of them was to have more fun. For anyone that can relate to the seriousness of life, and the professional way we do business (which is great), you can also relate to how much fun this business can be. However, if you are anything like me, you may be afraid to share that side of yourself for fear of judgement, or for looking silly! So I challenge you to do something silly in the next 24 hours and share it with us. You can share it on your Facebook wall, in our team group, on YouTube, wherever you would like...let's start a movement to show just how much fun we have here! People live in such a serious place in life (me included) so if I can be the one to "flash first" - even though I will say that my good friend Karin was the FIRST to flash and for that I am grateful...she is a leader as PK would say by flashing first - no matter how uncomfortable it may feel. So here I will share with you my video(s) showing you a very uncomfortable side of myself, in hopes that you will be up for the challenge to do something you feel silly and uncomfortable to do! The Challenge: If you live in a cold climate, put on something for summer and participate in a "summer" activity, finish it off with some type of shot. The original challenge said, alcohol, but I saw this as a great opportunity to have an e+ shot or Ionix! How does this relate to business you may ask? Well - as I see it, the more fun we have, the more we put ourselves outside our comfort zone and the more we do things without fear of judgement, the more we grow and inspire others to do the same. Most of all, having fun is attractive - even if it looks completely ridiculous! Who will join me? Here is part 1: http://youtu.be/4S7uRhqnmdk Here is part 2: http://youtu.be/zABIcIXOjw0

There are so many opportunities for you to stay plugged in. Just like a cell phone needs to be charged regularly, we do also! If you go weeks without getting on a call, getting to an event or connecting with leaders that you are working with, than chances are you will disconnect and many people quit simply because they have played the downward slope game of allowing themselves to disconnect.
I know I've said it before, I am not your boss and I love it that way. I personally know what it took for me to be where I am...and I'd say more than 50 % of my success comes from staying plugged in - consistently. Where to start?
