What is success? Are you just getting started and feeling discouraged as you see success happening? Are rank advancement announcements getting you down - do you compare your success against the success of others? Are you questioning if this journey is for you because you don't feel that you are accomplishing things that you had set goals to do?
Let me tell you something...shhh...this is a secret! No really, there are no secrets to success here, but what I can tell you is that we are all on our own journey. Can it get discouraging at times? Absolutely it can. Will you feel like giving up at times? YES of course. Do you see success as a deciding factor to continue? Obviously you want to succeed or you wouldn't be here right now. I'd like to share a call series that may help you. This is a process, this is a journey that is worth every day, week, month and year that you put into it. The interesting piece of the puzzle is that we don't always see the journey of another person, we just see the day they are recognized for the rank advancement...please keep the mindset that when you put your mind to something YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY MAKE IT REALITY...but if you are catching yourself "looking sideways" and you are always comparing yourself to others, this is only going to set you off course as it would if you were running in a race. Paying attention to others ahead of you or maybe even those that are surpassing you - this will only take the focus off your goals and dreams and it will slow you down or knock you out of this rewarding journey all together. Don't let it happen to you! You deserve success just like everyone else! Click below to start seeing the perspective a different way! You are enough! Stop comparing yourself to others. Perspective can change everything!

What does staying plugged in mean? We talk about it all the time and we often hear the analogy of "staying plugged in like a cell phone". Some people on our team see this first hand...they see themselves "unplug" for a length of time only to feel like they lose momentum or drive. Others witness it from their teammates. I've seen it happen where new people are so excited to share Isagenix, they love their results and the NEVER see the value in attending an event or getting on a training call and the future that looked so positive and bright with this business opportunity became a thing of the past and they derail and lose interest and give up on the dreams they were beginning to dream about! The reason? They didn't stay connected and plugged in. We know that if we unplug our cell phone and don't 'recharge' it, it will lose power and die. This is what will happen to us also! Doesn't matter how new or how seasoned we are...we will all begin to lose the excitement and energy we have if we unplug.
Even myself, I have been a person to make it to almost all events in the area and I fly to the large ones...lately life has happened (and it does for all of us), but what I notice the most is the way I feel when I am not getting my energy boost from being at the live events or staying plugged into the team! Quitting is not an option, but losing energy is reality. It can set us back and can be the difference between success and failure. If it has been a month, 6 months or years since you were at an event...it is time for you to take a look at the events coming to your area or get yourself committed to taking a flight to an event within the next few months...this is not only an investment in your future, it is an investment in your team because - you are leading the way for your team. Even if you are the ONLY one on your team attending...it is important to be the example and you will be happy that you did! One BIG reminder though...I have witnessed it many times..some people go to an event thinking by being there is enough. Be 100% present, because if you are not present, you are missing so much. I see it all the time and it could be the reason some people struggle in this business and some don't as much! After 4 years, I still go as a first time student, I take notes, I pay attention -even if I've heard the same info 15 times and I do my very best to not have "side conversations"...some may have experienced it, if you sit beside me and try to have a conversation with me - I don't often respond much if at all and I keep it very short so that I don't miss what the trainers are saying. Having long conversations that go on in the seats while people are training is not only disrespectful it is very distracting and is taking away from you absorbing the incredible information, and it is also affecting others around you. Events are your education...we learn while we earn - it is a gift that we have so many events and live training sessions offered to us. The faster you can plug your new members into these events, the more they will build belief and the sooner they will impact the lives of so many others while they build the mindset of NEVER GIVING UP - even during those difficult times that we all go through! |
