Thoughts & Ideas
that you may appreciate too!
We are into our 4th week of our 90 day, company wide action plan and it is incredible to witness the amazing growth we are experiencing together. Some are just getting started, others are stepping outside their comfort zone for the first time, others are investing in their own personal growth (because we all know how much our business will improve when we invest time on ourself and our own mindset). A quote I saw in a book I am reading currently was the following:
I took that quote to heart and asked myself a serious question. I asked, Tara, where do you fit in these 3 scenarios? I could easily see how we all do fit into one or the others...and I was quite excited to know that when I thought honestly about the answer that years ago I would have been the "watcher" or the person without the "slightest idea"...but I am so grateful that I can say I am a person who is now "making things happen". I feel so honoured that I have made a conscious decision to not just sit back and partially participate in something so powerful as our gift of Isagenix but I have jumped in with BOTH FEET, BOTH ARMS, MY ENTIRE BODY AND MIND are all in! And that gets me excited because I know that because I have made a solid decision, I will continue to attract the right people into my life who are looking to do the same. How empowering and so very liberating that it is to have the ability to assist in the lives of so many looking to improve their current circumstances!
So I challenge you to ask yourself the same question. Tara are you making things happen, are you watching or are you unsure of what is going on? If you fit into the 2nd or 3rd scenario, what is stopping you from being the person that is willing to make things happen? You do understand that you do not need anyone's permission right? When you do decide to step into your abilities and your leadership you will personally be responsible for contributing to the lives of so many and will be helping to take our team to an entirely new level with so many others! And Tara if you recognize that you are already a person committed to "make things happen", please celebrate that, because without you our team wouldn't be where it is already today! So for your drive and commitment, I thank you!
